Association Of Music Podcasting

As my first contribution to this new community we're hopefully starting here I'd like to ask a question that's been bugging me.

I have heard tell from several sources of some mythic list of record labels that allow us to play material without asking permission. I assume it was on the forums at the old site, but several attempts to get onto those forums failed so I've never actually seen it and I've been a member for very nearly a year.

Does anyone have it? and could they stick it up here?
